Sacred Return practices are embodied practices influenced by Ayurveda, Yoga (Raj Yoga and Hatha Yoga), Chinese Medicine, Meridian theory, acupressure, and trauma-informed considerations.  Each class description will describe the energy of the class so you can decide if this class will help bring balance to your day.
